Online Chat Meet Catherine online and share your experiences and thoughts with other Fractology students and clients! Catherine will be online at 7pm AEST (Australian Eastern Standard Time) on the first Thursday of each  month unless otherwise advised.

How to get started

In order to take part in the online chat you will need to be a member of MSN Messenger (which requires a Hotmail or MSN Passport account). For detailed information and download instructions please go to: http://messenger.microsoft.com/.

Once you have downloaded and signed up to MSN Messenger, please start up the program and go through the following steps:

	Click on "Add a Contact" and select "By e-mail address" (first option). Then hit "Next".
	Type in "fractology@hotmail.com" in the window provided. Then hit "Next".
	You should receive a "success - fractology@hotmail.com has been added to your list....." message in the next window. Please press the e-mail button . Then hit "Next". This will send a message to Catherine at Fractology, asking to be added to the contact list.
	You should receive a "you're done, you will be notfied when there is a response" message now. Click "Finish". Once Catherine at Fractology has accepted your message, you will be added as a contact on her list, and she will be added as a contact on your list.
